You are buried in delivery
Your diary is full of client work, preparation and follow-up, leaving little space to step back and think strategically about your own business.

Sadie introduces The Summit
This is not another sit-and-listen business event.
Hear why Sadie created The Summit, what to expect from the day and how it will help you strengthen both your business and the experiences you create for clients.
Sound familiar?
You spend so much time helping other people grow that your own development keeps getting pushed aside.
You can be brilliant at delivering training and still struggle to find the time, space and support to work on what comes next.
You are making every decision alone
Questions about pricing, positioning, offers and growth can feel much bigger when nobody experienced is there to challenge your thinking.
You want to keep improving your craft
You care about exceptional learning experiences, but rarely get to experience brilliant facilitation and development as a participant.
What you will get on the day
More than inspiration. A clearer way forward.
Practical business-growth guidance
So you can make clearer decisions about your positioning, offers, pricing, clients and next stage of growth.
Expert facilitation in action
So you can experience powerful questioning, learning design and group-engagement techniques first-hand.
Time to work on your business
So you can move important ideas forward instead of continually postponing them.
Insight from real experience
So you can learn from people who have built businesses, won clients and navigated the challenges you are facing.
Meaningful industry connections
So you can build relationships with people who genuinely understand your work.
Guided reflection and action planning
So you leave with decisions and practical next steps, rather than another notebook of good intentions.
