Snowball is designed for wellbeing trainers,  internal L&D professionals, freelance trainers, and training business owners. It suits both experienced trainers looking to upskill and new trainers focused on knowledge transfer in any subject related to workplace wellbeing, from MHFA and leadership, to financial health and neurodiversity.

All Snowball sessions are led by experienced trainers and subject matter experts in wellbeing and learning and development. The head Snowball coach is Sadie Restorick, MSc-qualified, award-winning wellbeing expert, and globally recognised trainer. Sadie was named Global Inspirational Woman of the Year 2025 and Great British Businesswoman of the Year 2024. Over the past 15 years, she has worked in training consultancy and delivered programmes to over 100,000 people worldwide. She is a published academic, keynote speaker, and a leading authority in designing training that drives lasting behavioural change. Sadie leads the programme, supported by a team of specialist coaches across wellbeing and L&D disciplines.
